Un ejemplo de ello es David Antonio Salgado Armienta, sous chef del prestigioso restaurante Le Jules Verne en la Torre Eiffel y orgullosamente parte de la primera generaci\u00f3n de la Licenciatura en Gastronom\u00eda de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Nutrici\u00f3n y Gastronom\u00eda (FCNyG) de la UAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPara m\u00ed, ser universitario y, sobre todo, ser culichi, es motivo de orgullo. Siempre he pensado que la UAS es una de las mejores universidades de M\u00e9xico y, a nivel mundial, tambi\u00e9n destaca. La Universidad sigue creciendo, y nosotros, sus egresados, somos testimonio de sus logros. La UAS debe continuar en este camino, seguir generando frutos y trabajar en su mejora constante. Sinaloa tiene mucho que agradecer a su universidad\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salgado tambi\u00e9n subray\u00f3 el compromiso de la UAS por ofrecer una educaci\u00f3n integral y de calidad, gracias a su s\u00f3lido plan de estudios, la dedicaci\u00f3n de sus docentes y el fomento de valores en \u00e1reas como el deporte, la cultura, la investigaci\u00f3n y la vinculaci\u00f3n comunitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa UAS ha sido y sigue siendo pionera en la formaci\u00f3n de grandes profesionales. La estructura de la universidad es clave, y hasta ahora ha funcionado con \u00e9xito. Creo que esta base permite a la instituci\u00f3n crecer y evolucionar constantemente hacia un futuro mejor\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su camino profesional, Salgado mencion\u00f3 a Miguel Taniyama, uno de los fundadores de la Licenciatura en Gastronom\u00eda, como su mentor. Junto a \u00e9l, trabaj\u00f3 por cinco a\u00f1os en su restaurante, antes de emprender un viaje a Irlanda para perfeccionar su ingl\u00e9s y, posteriormente, trasladarse a Francia en b\u00fasqueda de especializaci\u00f3n en gastronom\u00eda europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRealic\u00e9 una especialidad en la Universit\u00e9 de Cergy-Pontoise, que es una de las m\u00e1s reconocidas en su pa\u00eds, como la UAS lo es en M\u00e9xico. Tanto es as\u00ed que mi t\u00edtulo de la UAS fue validado sin inconvenientes. Desde entonces, he tenido la fortuna de trabajar en restaurantes de distintas cocinas: japonesa, sueca, italiana, espa\u00f1ola y, por supuesto, francesa. Trabaj\u00e9 en un restaurante de tres estrellas Michelin y en proyectos de apertura de otros restaurantes. Actualmente, soy parte de un restaurante emblem\u00e1tico de dos estrellas Michelin en Par\u00eds\u201d, comparti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional del Chef, Salgado particip\u00f3 en una conferencia virtual dirigida a la comunidad universitaria, en la que habl\u00f3 sobre su experiencia en la escena culinaria de Par\u00eds y los desaf\u00edos y aprendizajes que han marcado su carrera en el extranjero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gracias a la Autonom\u00eda Universitaria, la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Sinaloa (UAS) ha logrado impulsar programas acad\u00e9micos de alta calidad que forman a profesionistas destacados.
