{"id":94285,"date":"2024-10-29T05:13:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T12:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fuentesfidedignas.com.mx\/?p=94285"},"modified":"2024-10-28T21:18:59","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T04:18:59","slug":"proponen-aumentar-sanciones-por-maltrato-animal-mexico-ocupa-3er-lugar-en-latinoamerica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fuentesfidedignas.com.mx\/index.php\/2024\/10\/29\/proponen-aumentar-sanciones-por-maltrato-animal-mexico-ocupa-3er-lugar-en-latinoamerica\/","title":{"rendered":"Proponen aumentar sanciones por maltrato animal; M\u00e9xico ocupa 3er lugar en Latinoam\u00e9rica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Con m\u00e1s de 80 millones de mascotas en el pa\u00eds, la propuesta busca frenar los casos de maltrato animal en M\u00e9xico, que ocupa el tercer lugar en crueldad hacia los animales en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bancada del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional en el Congreso del Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma al C\u00f3digo Penal para aumentar las sanciones a las personas que incurran en maltrato a los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diputada Itzel Castillo Almanza, al hacer uso de la Tribuna, destac\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico ocupa en Latinoam\u00e9rica el tercer lugar en maltrato animal, de acuerdo con el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 2019 y 2021, se abrieron en M\u00e9xico tres mil 339 carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n por el delito de maltrato animal; sin embargo, solamente 168 casos fueron vinculados a proceso y tan solo se emitieron 24 sentencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La panista se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia Estatal, en 2020 se registr\u00f3 un alza de 121.21 por ciento en el maltrato animal, al pasar de 33 a 73 las carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n abiertas, en comparaci\u00f3n con 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2023, destac\u00f3 Castillo Almanza, se reportaron alrededor de 202 casos de maltrato animal entre enero y noviembre, cifra que super\u00f3 en un 14 por ciento a las denuncias presentadas en 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta de incremento de sanciones en contra de quienes maltraten a los animales hasta en una mitad de lo que establece actualmente el C\u00f3digo Penal aplicar\u00e1 cuando: se prolongue innecesariamente la agon\u00eda o el sufrimiento del animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda; o si se utilizan m\u00e9todos de crueldad en contra de los animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Las sanciones previstas en los art\u00edculos anteriores incrementar\u00e1n en una mitad en los siguientes supuestos: Fracci\u00f3n primera, si se prolonga innecesariamente la agon\u00eda o el sufrimiento del animal. Fracci\u00f3n segunda, si se utilizan m\u00e9todos de crueldad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fracci\u00f3n tercera, si adem\u00e1s de realizar los actos de maltrato o crueldad en contra de cualquier animal, el sujeto activo los capta en im\u00e1genes, fotograf\u00eda o video para hacerlos p\u00fablicos por cualquier medio. Fracci\u00f3n cuarta, si los hechos se hubieran ejecutado en presencia de un menor de edad&#8221;, expuso Itzel Castillo Almanza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Castillo Almanza precis\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con el INEGI, el 69.8 por ciento de los hogares cuenta con alg\u00fan tipo de mascota, sumando un total de 80 millones de mascotas en el pa\u00eds, de las cuales 43.8 millones son caninos, 16.2 millones felinos y 20 millones corresponden a diversas mascotas peque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con m\u00e1s de 80 millones de mascotas en el pa\u00eds, la propuesta busca frenar los casos de maltrato animal en M\u00e9xico, que ocupa el tercer lugar en crueldad hacia los animales en Latinoam\u00e9rica.
