El Times dijo que es la primera organizaci\u00f3n de medios importante de Estados Unidos en demandar a OpenAI y Microsoft, que crearon ChatGPT y otras plataformas de inteligencia artificial, por cuestiones de derechos de autor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Los demandados buscan aprovecharse de la enorme inversi\u00f3n del Times en su periodismo utiliz\u00e1ndolo para crear productos sustitutivos sin permiso ni pago&#8221; a trav\u00e9s de prompts, afirma la denuncia presentada en el tribunal federal de Manhattan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Times no busca una cantidad espec\u00edfica de indemnizaci\u00f3n por da\u00f1os y perjuicios, pero dijo que cree que OpenAI y Microsoft han causado &#8220;miles de millones de d\u00f3lares&#8221; por da\u00f1os y perjuicios por copiar y utilizar ilegalmente sus obras.
