{"id":567,"date":"2021-05-01T10:27:43","date_gmt":"2021-05-01T17:27:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fuentesfidedignas.com.mx\/?p=567"},"modified":"2021-05-01T10:30:33","modified_gmt":"2021-05-01T17:30:33","slug":"detenido-y-ante-el-juez-presunto-responsable-por-feminicidio-cometido-en-guasave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fuentesfidedignas.com.mx\/index.php\/2021\/05\/01\/detenido-y-ante-el-juez-presunto-responsable-por-feminicidio-cometido-en-guasave\/","title":{"rendered":"Detenido y ante el juez presunto responsable por feminicidio cometido en Guasave"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Asesin\u00f3 a balazos a su nuera tras participar en una discusi\u00f3n con ella<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guasave, Sin.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Sinaloa logr\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de Jorge \u201cL\u201d, quien es se\u00f1alado como el presunto responsable del delito de feminicidio agravado, ocurrido en Guasave, en 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos correspondientes fueron registrados el nueve de enero del 2019, en la comunidad de Ruiz Cortinez, municipio de Guasave, tras recibirse reporte de que en la cl\u00ednica del IMSS hab\u00eda fallecido una mujer, identificada como Sugey Ernestina \u201cL\u201d, a consecuencia de heridas producidas por proyectil de arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante el trabajo realizado por el Ministerio P\u00fablico, peritos y polic\u00edas de investigaci\u00f3n de este organismo constitucional aut\u00f3nomo, se integraron los datos de prueba necesarios para, en fecha 11 de enero del 2019, solicitar y obtener una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Jorge \u201cL\u201d, dentro de la causa penal 6\/2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cumplimento de orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, el imputado fue detenido este pasado 29 de abril del 2021, siendo puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad jurisdiccional correspondiente, en espera de celebraci\u00f3n de audiencia inicial para formulaci\u00f3n de imputaci\u00f3n por el delito de feminicidio agravado, programada para hoy a las 11:00 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n que se tiene, el ahora detenido atac\u00f3 a su v\u00edctima luego de una discusi\u00f3n en la que tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 su hijo, quien era la pareja sentimental de la ahora occisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de eso, cuando la pareja se iba a retirar del domicilio en el que se encontraban, para dirigirse a la comunidad de El Carrizo, Jorge \u201cL\u201d dispar\u00f3 en repetidas ocasiones en contra de Sugey, quien falleci\u00f3 cuando recib\u00eda atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asesin\u00f3 a balazos a su nuera tras participar en una discusi\u00f3n con ella Guasave, Sin.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Sinaloa logr\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de Jorge \u201cL\u201d, quien es se\u00f1alado como el presunto responsable del delito de feminicidio agravado, ocurrido en Guasave, en 2019.
