objetivo de conmemorar el 165 Aniversario de la Promulgaci\u00f3n de El Plan de El Fuerte, por el General Placido Vega y Daza, suceso de gran relevancia en la historia del <strong>Miriam Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, y el jefe de Servicios Regionales de la SEPyC, <strong>Mart\u00edn Palafox<\/strong>, as\u00ed como cronistas y familiares de Vega y Daza, presenciaron los honores a la bandera y la rese\u00f1a hist\u00f3rica de este suceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del Regidor Luis Ad\u00e1n Valenzuela Gonz\u00e1lez, quien emiti\u00f3 el discurso oficial. El historiador Carlos Julio Miranda L\u00f3pez, cit\u00f3 una breve rese\u00f1a de la vida de Placido Vega y Daza y sus m\u00e1s importantes haza\u00f1as. La presentaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica estuvo a cargo de los integrantes del grupo Voces del Ayer, interpretando unas melod\u00edas para los presentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery protocolario funcionarios p\u00fablicos e invitados, entregaron la ofrenda floral y se extendieron unas palabras de agradecimiento por parte de familiares Placido Vega y Daza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este acto c\u00edvico fue realizado en la Plaza de Armas, en punto de las 8 de la ma\u00f1ana, una vez culminado se llevaron a cabo las respectivas guardias de
