{"id":52458,"date":"2023-07-12T01:12:40","date_gmt":"2023-07-12T08:12:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fuentesfidedignas.com.mx\/?p=52458"},"modified":"2023-07-10T17:13:06","modified_gmt":"2023-07-11T00:13:06","slug":"brecha-de-genero-hay-mas-hombres-que-mujeres-en-el-mercado-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fuentesfidedignas.com.mx\/index.php\/2023\/07\/12\/brecha-de-genero-hay-mas-hombres-que-mujeres-en-el-mercado-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Brecha de g\u00e9nero: Hay m\u00e1s hombres que mujeres en el mercado laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>El Inegi report\u00f3 que la poblaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3micamente activa de mujeres fue de 27 por ciento, contra el 65 por ciento de los hombres.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.- La mayor participaci\u00f3n de los hombres en el mercado laboral hace que la brecha respecto a las mujeres sea de 38.2 puntos porcentuales en personas de 53 a\u00f1os y m\u00e1s, de acuerdo con la Encuesta Nacional sobre Salud y Envejecimiento (ENASEM) 2021, que elabor\u00f3 el Inegi junto a la Universidad de Texas Medical Branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los datos de la ENASEM muestran que la Poblaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3micamente Activa de las mujeres fue de 27.5 por ciento y en hombres de 65.7 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ejercicio cont\u00f3 un total de 25.9 millones de personas de 53 a\u00f1os y m\u00e1s, de los cuales 14.1 millones eran mujeres y 11.8 millones eran hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por g\u00e9nero, 3.7 millones de mujeres estaba trabajando, debajo de 7.4 millones de hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados de la ENASEM muestran que la poblaci\u00f3n de mujeres jubiladas, pensionadas, incapacitadas o no trabajan fue de 27.2 por ciento, por debajo de 32.9 por ciento de los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a labores del hogar, 45.3 por ciento de las mujeres destin\u00f3 su tiempo a estas actividades, superando al 1.4 por ciento de los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que, en la b\u00fasqueda de trabajo, el 1.1 por ciento de las mujeres del total hizo el intento de obtener alguno, debajo del 3.5 por ciento del total de hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La brecha de g\u00e9nero tambi\u00e9n se refleja en el trabajo dom\u00e9stico remunerado que realizan las personas. En este sentido, los hombres ganan 632 pesos m\u00e1s al mes que las mujeres, seg\u00fan datos reportados por el Inegi en marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto tiene que ver con las tareas espec\u00edficas del hogar a las que se dedican hombres y mujeres, donde ellos suelen liderar en sectores como jardiner\u00eda, vigilancia, cuidados de personas y como choferes, ocupaciones que en promedio reflejan mayores ingresos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, las mujeres sobre todo se emplean en labores de aseo y asistencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Inegi report\u00f3 que la poblaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3micamente activa de mujeres fue de 27 por ciento, contra el 65 por ciento de los hombres.
