{"id":26762,"date":"2022-03-22T12:44:26","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T19:44:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fuentesfidedignas.com.mx\/?p=26762"},"modified":"2022-03-22T12:44:27","modified_gmt":"2022-03-22T19:44:27","slug":"reitera-gobierno-del-estado-que-apoyara-a-la-uas-con-su-deuda-ante-el-sat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fuentesfidedignas.com.mx\/index.php\/2022\/03\/22\/reitera-gobierno-del-estado-que-apoyara-a-la-uas-con-su-deuda-ante-el-sat\/","title":{"rendered":"Reitera Gobierno del Estado que apoyar\u00e1 a la UAS con su deuda ante el SAT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>La  deuda se inform\u00f3 en su momento, alcanza los 2 mil 35 millones de pesos, considerando los intereses por esta omisi\u00f3n.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Culiac\u00e1n, Sin.- El gobernador Rub\u00e9n Rocha Moya reiter\u00f3 el ofrecimiento que hizo la semana pasada durante su Conferencia Semanera, de apoyar a la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Sinaloa que es requerida por el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) por un cr\u00e9dito fiscal generado por retenciones del Impuesto sobre la Renta (ISR) que no fueron enteradas al SAT en los a\u00f1os 2015 y 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario estatal precis\u00f3 que el requerimiento de pago de parte del SAT es hacia la UAS, no al Gobierno del Estado, pero de cualquier manera reiter\u00f3 el ofrecimiento de ayudar al actual rector de la m\u00e1xima casa de estudios a solventar esta deuda, la cual como se inform\u00f3 en su momento, alcanza los 2 mil 35 millones de pesos, considerando los intereses por esta omisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYo les he dicho y quiero reiterarlo aqu\u00ed, el SAT sabe qui\u00e9n le debe, entonces el SAT le cobr\u00f3 a la Universidad, la Universidad tiene el derecho de defenderse, entonces la Universidad se est\u00e1 defendiendo, al Gobierno no le han requerido ning\u00fan adeudo que yo tenga conocimiento, por lo tanto el Gobierno tampoco ha dado respuesta a eso, el litigio est\u00e1 entre el SAT y la Universidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobernador Rocha tambi\u00e9n expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n de que esta irregularidad de no enterar las retenciones del ISR durante el 2015 y 2016, haya continuado los siguientes a\u00f1os hasta la fecha, algo que todav\u00eda no se sabe, pero que eventualmente podr\u00eda derivar en otros cr\u00e9ditos fiscales hacia la UAS, es decir, m\u00e1s deuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAl margen de cualquier circunstancia yo estoy en la idea de apoyar a la Universidad para que no se afecte a la comunidad, pero hay que esperar el desenlace, pero el problema de esperar, si no se est\u00e1n regularizando est\u00e1 creciendo la deuda, los recargos y accesorios, pues cada mes que pasa te la est\u00e1n actualizando porque te est\u00e1n cobrando recargos, por lo tanto hay que resolver pronto, hay que buscarle una salida, el Gobierno va a entrar a la ayuda a la Universidad para que resolvamos ese caso\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La deuda se inform\u00f3 en su momento, alcanza los 2 mil 35 millones de pesos, considerando los intereses por esta omisi\u00f3n.
